The space features two distinct lounge areas. Upon entering the building, the first area offers two couches and two chairs for seating. The second lounge, located in a seprate room, includes a TV, a counch, two chairs, and two bar-hight tables with stools. Additionally, the space is equipped with ten tables, accommodating up to 40 guests, with flexible seating arrangements to choose from.
Kitchen/ Bar station
The Kitchen area is fully equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, two microwaves, a sink, and a coffee station. The seprate bar station is ideal for serving food and drinks, and features a 75-inch TV with sports channels for added entertainment.
Wifi/ Tv's/Bluetooth speakers
The space offers Wi-Fi for seamless connectivity. It features two TVs: a 75-inch screen behind the bar station and a 65-inch TV in the back room, both tuned to sports channels. Additionally, the front area is equipped with two Bluetooth speakers for optimal sound.
30 min set-up window/ trash disposale fee
Each event host will have a 30-minute window prior to the event start time for setup. A trash disposal fee is included following the event.
